
Here's your chance to play an important role in your student's life by becoming actively involved with Band Boosters. This is a list of some of the programs and projects (with brief descriptions and approximate dates) in which you can participate during this coming school year. Please check your areas of interest and return this form to Lisa Bays, Band Director, or mail to the above address. If more than one parent/guardian per student wishes to participate, please indicate which name goes with which activity so that so that we know whom to contact.

Marching Band (Sept.-Dec.): Uniforms - help with fitting, organizing Pregame barbecues - help with food prep, clean-up, desserts 0 Games - help transport instruments and other materials Christmas parade - help transport instruments
Steel Drum Band: Uniforms - help with fitting, organizing helping with gigs
District Festival (Mar.) - chaperone trip, help with uniforms, transport instruments
All-Shore concert (April) - t-shirt sales, refreshments, registration, ticket sales
Spring band trip (April or May) - help load and off load instruments, may need chaperones
Band banquet (June) - help with setup, clean up, organizing food
Sewing - uniform alternations and repair
Baking - for school and All-Shore concerts, marching band barbecues, spaghetti dinner
Publicity - putting up posters of events, generating ideas, selling ads for concert programs
Photos - of events during yeas for publicity and band banquet
Area of interest or expertise you have that hasn't been mentioned. For instance, you run a print shop - you might be interested in volunteering to produce the concert programs. Describe briefly.
